Rooming List/Housing Management


 
  • Maintain and organize group rooming list (check in/out dates, room type, billing requirements, special needs)

  • Work directly with hotel’s Group Rooms Coordinator to monitor and react to hotel occupancy levels and attrition dates

  • Monitor and submit updates, changes, additions, and cancellations daily

  • QC rooming list to manage duplicate rooms, missing room request/reservation, hotel check-in/check-out dates discrepancies, assigned room types, and billing codes

  • Reach out to attendees to correct missing reservations, mismatching hotel/flight dates

  • Manage suites, staff rooms, special requests, and IPO nights

  • Perform space search and contract overflow hotel, if necessary

  • Review hotel rooms billing upon completion of event and work directly with hotel billing coordinator on any adjustments/corrections

  • Daily room pick up report

  • Contract Review and Attrition Adherence
